This paper describes a unified approach to applying virtual reality for clinical rehabilitation and its uses to administer cognitive, mental and physicals exercises. Our goal is to create a flexible and reconfigurable VR solution that can be readily installed in hospitals and serve all needs of a rehabunit with ease. We have successfully used this system for treating cognitive deficits and phobias and present details that underline the usability and importance of our solution.
