Abstract: Success on the global market has made the adoption of modern management and administration structures of prime importance. The administration of heterogeneous sets of services and applications necessates the use of information technology, which facilitates cross-organisational process planning and tracking. In this paper we describe a Virtual Private Network architecture that uses special monitor and co-ordination processes in order to achieve efficient delivery of services and activities.
