In this paper, we present a framework of agents technology based on organic programming. The technology allows to develop intelligent software in simulation or real-time systems. The validation of the technology is confirmed by the implementation of traffic intersection regulation. We describe multi-agents interaction through common knowledge or high level communication such a negotiation according to the difficulty of the situation. The traffic intersection regulation is based on these techniques. Simulation results show the efficiency for each type of interaction. Some features of the framework are considered.
