This paper presents QoS variables in the organization of complex business processes in large-scale systems integration. A specific focus is on QoS assessment structures that address variables to include: (a) network infrastructure evolution; (b) open and proprietary mid-level applications; and (c) decision-support processes assessing technologies and capabilities. The research is based on a QoS analysis system for complex military B2B and systems integration projects.
