Any conference or paper attempting to deal with organizational communication and curricular issues in higher education on the dawn of a new millennium would be incomplete if it did not attempt to deal with issues of new information and communication technology. We are now familiar with terms like the "information age," the information super highway," and other descriptions that are a part of the vocabulary of our society in the last part of this century.
