Recently, a large number of Web sites are offering the possibility to participate to online lotteries or to electronic gambling. In this work we present a simple platform useful to setup different kinds of online lotteries. The platform meets the basic security requirements, such as anonymity and non repudiability for the transactions, Furthermore, a prototype architecture of the implementation for HTTP and WAP based access is presented, through the application of the proposed solution to the handling of an Internet bet service for "Lotto" game.
