A modeling framework, based on analytical hierarchical processes (AHP), neural networks and fuzzy logic using a value-based approach, is proposed for information technology (IT) adoption studies. The design process is described with examples like the Internet and Unix. A comparative analysis among various models in the framework is one of the salient features of this framework.
