In this paper, we present the resource trader, which is a true intermediary between users and providers. In the wide area network, we group resource traders into a federation. The advantages of this organization are presented as well as its optimization such as load balancing and the best management of offers and requests. Performance measures have been carried out, showing the advantages of the resources trader federation for distributed systems.
