The prallel environmnets : PVM and .NET are considered and their suitability for image matching algorithms (IMA) are analysed. The class of IMA consisted of water filling and simulated annealing strategies are taken into account.
Basic control parametrs of IMA are determined to achieve the highest similarity degree of compared images.
