This paper presents a framework for aggregating and updating user-related information where each component of the information comes from a different source, and for disseminating user-related information to others, in order to improve the relevance of context-aware services. A Profile Aggregator (PA), which manages various kinds of user-related information in the form of a "Personalized Profile", is proposed as one of the key components in our proposed framework. In the PA, a piece of information is connected to other related information and this info-linkage facilitates the retrieval of detailed information easily. The PA also has a role in terms of disseminating a subset of Personalized Profile, including a query interface, trigger interface and access control mechanism.
