With regard to the increasing complexity and heterogeneization of the organizations, the technological and organizational dimensions in the software process modeling are passing through an integration period. In this article we present a methodological framework in order to analyze the software construction models cultural feasibility. A symbiotic multilevel software process cycle model (SMPCM) has been designed. This model interrelates the socio-cultural, scientific/technological and paradigmatological environments. The central part of this article describes the processes of engineering level and how these processes are developed and interrelated among themselves and with the environments of the SMPCM. Participative and symbiotic methodologies are described in order to model the organization and reveal its culture and in order to design and improve dynamic, flexible and evolutive software process models. The proposed methodologies are validated in a study prototype and the preliminary results are analyzed.
