We describe in this paper a cooperative multiagent architecture based on the web services integration. These web services, described with a DAML-based Web service ontology (DAML-S), support the most common and most public functionalities and will be exploited thereafter with an intermediate agent called ? Web Services Finder ?. This integration must keep as much as possible the autonomy of architecture core based on agents. This solution will provide a new vision of the cooperation context where the partners share their knowledge and offer their functionalities as web services. Moreover, this allows us to benefit from this middleware as a web standard and a cooperation support.
