Glare is a major factor of influencing visual capacity, and the recovery time of the human eye after glaring is the most important evaluation standard. Now the research of glare refers to the normal illuminance source. With the experiment of the recovery time after strong exposure glaring, the relation of the influence factor is discussed. The formula calculating the recovery time is corrected with the experiment data. An objective method is raised for the glare evaluation of strong exposure.
