This paper describes the security features of Real time Transport Protocol features like confidentiality, integrity and authentication. The main goal of this research is the confidentiality to provide security to data, authentication which identify legal users, and optimization of multiple paths for Quality of Service (QoS). In multimedia application it is expected that the router should be able to forward the packet according to the demand of the packet and that packet must be confidential in all aspects. We proposed to use MARS and RIPEMD -160 for the enhanced security. MARS accommodate confidentiality while RIPEMD-160 capture overall secure authentication. For Quality of Service (QoS) we use QoS aware IP Routing protocol which maintain manual routing table for the multiple suitable paths for multicasting. By using proposed algorithms, QoS and security on internet is upgrading their performance level as compared to all the conventional IP routing for the over all multimedia wireless transmission. Keywords -- MARS, RIPEMD-160, IP Routing Protocol, Quality of Service (QoS).
