This present paper introduces an approach to construct an SOA-based system using a messaging network. The pro- posed solution uses a messaging networking, which is a type of overlay networking. The proposed approach can re- duce the complexity and the maintenance cost of the system, which both makes an information system vulnerable. There- fore, the proposed approach can contribute to the construc- tion of a secure information system. The requirements of a messaging network for an SOA-based system are presented.
