The article puts forward an extended model of role-based access control for web application system (WAS). This model is named as RBAC4WAS, which comes of RABC model and gives the extended formal description. It is a universal model which is able to apply for the web application integration area to fit for most of the web application system in authorization management. The article also expounds the design scheme for Web application integration unified authorization platform (UAP) based on RABC4WAS model. And it describes how to use the UAP to integrate the web application system to realize a single sign-on portal.
