We address the problem of designing multiple description source codes for J channels. Our proposed technique consist mainly of two steps; first J copies of the vectorX, containing the source data {x_i}_{i = 1}^{i = N}, are rotated by multiplication of J random unitary matrices, i.e. one rotation matrix is generated and used for each channel.
