Various autonomous organizations have exposed heterogeneous information resources on the Web in a state out-of-order, which makes information sharing rather difficult. Semantics, organized as Web ontologies, can be used to integrate distributed, large-scale, multiform information resources. In this paper, we outline a notion of semantic-based context-role model for Web information integration and sharing. The implementation of the model and its use case on Traditional Chinese Medicine are also described.
