The Emerging Topics Mini-Track provides the opportunity to share new ideas and perspectives. The seven papers presented this year across two sessions represent a diverse mix of questions, research and practice domains, technologies, and methodologies. Topics range from architectures for mobile computing to egovernment in post-communist transitioning countries. The papers illustrate the breadth of the field of digital government research.
