We present an e-mail-based education system using mobile phones. This system consists of: Attendance management subsystem, Attendance history management subsystem, Short examination subsystem, Questionnaire subsystem, and Assignment delivery subsystem. Both students and teachers mainly use only e-mail functions and it can access the serve. This system can be used regardless of terminal models only if mails that can be sent and received through the Internet. In this paper, the outline of this system is described, and the functions and effects are discussed.
