This paper proposes a system of presenting an environmental information map for urban people called Wearable micro-INFOrmation broadcaster (WINFO). WINFO assumes that individual persons carry wearable computers that collect various information, the collected information is aggregated at a server, and the aggregated information can be viewed at client computers. In order to accommodate the granularity and precision of data in spatial and temporal domains, the notion of precision-based Dynamic Mesh is introduced. In this paper, we describe the conceptual architecture and prototype of WINFO.
