The fixations which include small involuntary movements in reading English document are simulated on a computer by decreasing the capacity of the information that foveated vision obtains and by increasing the frequency of short-distance eye movements. We determine the relationship between information capacity and movement frequency to realize small involuntary movements while reading English.
