In this paper we present the developing of the Vision Module for the European project denominated Venflex. In particular, the main goal of this system is to determinate the pose of flexible objects. Since the project is in its starting phase, the paper deals mainly with the system set-up and with some preliminary results of the neural networks employed for the segmentation of the images.
