In this paper, the problem of robust stability for a class of uncertain neutral system with time-varying delay and nonlinear uncertainties is investigated. The uncertainties we investigated in this paper are normbounded, possibly time-varying. S-procedure is introduced to deal with the nonlinear uncertainties. Based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals approach, some new delay-dependent stability criteria are proposed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed techniques.
