Quantum NOT gate is one of the elementary gates of quantum computer. We verify the physical consistency of the negation property of quantum NOT gate with the spin \frac{1} {2} qubit using Toy model. We show that spin \frac{1} {2} qubit NOT gate properties satisfy quantum logical propositions using pasting construction.
