propose and evaluate wireless sensor routing algorithms igned to extend the lifetime of a heterogeneous wireless sor network. The network is heterogeneous in the sens? energy distribution and also in the amount of data ch sensor must communicate. As a basis for comparin, we analyze the lifetime of a network using a simple, arest-neighbor routing algorithm and an analytic solun to the optimal lifetime of networks meeting certain conaints. We compare the performance of all the routing alrithms in simulation.
