Usability testing is a technique that is used to elicit the quality of systems and sites by regular tests carried with the potential users. Testing websites for usability requires an understanding of the sites? audience, category, content, usability goal and how to measure to achieve these goals. There is a whole variety of usability testing methods available for web based testing. But our main objective was to make a pick of those right methods that could be implemented to test usability of any web application given a short time, small budget and fewer resources. This paper describes how a combination of some of the existing methods resulted in CARE (Cheap, Accurate, Reliable, Efficient testing), a new methodology. CARE could be engaged to surmount the constraints on cost, time and resources.
