This paper presents a Petri net-based method of integration of Multi-level Security features into loosely coupled inter-organizational workflows. MLS features are incorporated for each of the independent participating business organizations as well as for the overall inter-organizational workflow. Petri Nets with Message Sequence Charts are applied in representation of loosely coupled inter-organizational workflows.
