Multiagent-systems technology enables cooperation between mobile workers in the field, minimizing user intervention and increasing accessibility. mPower is a component-based approach for simplifying the management of deployed cooperative services. mPower's personal assistant runs on a mobile device, demonstrating how an intelligent autonomous agent can increase the accessibility of users during workforce cooperation processes. The technology has been deployed in a real-world trial by network installation and maintenance engineers in the UK.
