This paper describes different aspects of development of simple but realistic ossiculoplasty surgery simulator designed to be used on high-end personal computers. The application uses haptic1 as a pointing device, Physics Processing Unit for fluid simulation and allows experts in remote locations to supervise the operation over the Internet.
