It is very difficult to find some usability problems from a huge amount of data. This paper will introduce visualization techniques for web and a tool designed and developed for usability analysis, named SUAT (Site Usability Analysis Tool). Using this tool we select several sites to do case study. The result shows that SUAT can help usability expert effectively find the usability problems that are prone to be overlooked what?s more, it can improve the efficiency and make the judgment more accurate.
