In the paper, an object-oriented model for parallel softwares is presented. It refers to UML representation in its structure, describes internal state of an object and mutual interaction among objects by object Petri net, making it easier to simulate parallel softwares and translate them into programs, such as Ada'95 programs. The model will be useful for quality assurance of parallel softwares and improvement of development efficiency.
