In this work, we propose a system to enable teachers to more easily automate the assessment of online, student-drawn diagrams. Similar to programming-by-demonstration, teachers specify the correct solutions by drawing their own "solution" diagrams, which the automated assessment system then uses to compare against students? diagrams to see if their diagrams match the solutions.
