The final destination of Chinese E-government is to establish the "one-stop" pattern, which is on the basis of the construction of integration among different units and application systems. In this paper, the techniques of Multi-Agent and computer-supported cooperative work are used as the key technology to realize the integration among units at different levels. Based on the analysis of the requirement for integration, the systematic structure, the organization structure of Multi-Agent and the structure of integration based on Multi-Agent for general use are designed. This study is useful for the construction of Chinese E-government and reused by the integration of the applications in E-government.
