A framework of network collaborative manufacturing system is proposed in this paper, which is an integration of several functional systems and mainly consists of ISS, CMSS and LTS. It puts forward CMSS based on net manufacturing information, describes the destination of the system, the system structure, principal functions and working flow. With the system the enterprises achieve information communication, information sharing and information service, finish the punctual supervision in the process of products manufacturing, coordination of produce progress between up-stream and down-stream corporations, adjustment of produce task, resource sharing, allocation and delivery between collaborative enterprises; and the product flowing is also efficiently controlled in logics circle to make sure that products can be delivered safely and quickly.
